Who really won the British War (Oasis vrs. Blur)?

Oasis albums
humannormalguy asked:

During the 90’s, Blur and Oasis were rivals, but it seemed like Oasis won the war, with their hit album Morning Glory, but does it end here? With Gorillaz, and Oasis’s newest studio album(Don’t believe the truth), is it still waging on?
I read somewhere Gorillaz’s single Dare was released the same date as Oasis’s single, and Dare outsold.
Plus, recent news says Blur will try out for a new album in November, and I think Oasis is started an album as well!
In your opinion, who do u think won or “will” win the Oasis/Blur war?
I got my money on Blur, Oasis’s singer Liam gallagher doesnt really have a voice anymore : /
btw..if yall dont know y Liam’s got a bad voice, due to constant smoking/drinking, and just his position how he sings, it has hurt his vocals : /

For the young generation, Oasis won hands down.

It’s not so much a war as Radiohead trumps all. My money on the better band is Blur. Morning Glory was an amazing abum, but I haven’t been impressed with anything other than that from Oasis. On the other hand, I actually want Blur to make a new album.
