best, I nearly agree with the king crimson man, but go for their “larks tongues in aspic” with “Frances the mute” by the Mars Volta in hot persuit. Worst (most overrated tedious shit) = “x and y” by coldplay

For a worst album, you really ought to go to this website – an oriental woman called WING. I wet myself laughing when I listened to some of the music samples, they are so bad!

As for a best album, I would have to say ALF by Alison Moyet – smooth, deep, meaningful stuff.

My favourite album is ‘Piper At The Gates Of Dawn’ by Pink Floyd. Worst album is probably something by the spice girls.

Best albums? Far too many to mention. I cannot think of one that stands out. I love Status Quo, and many of their albums are pretty legendary. As for the worst, well personally, I’d say: anything by Stock, Aitken and Waterman (absolute f***in’ DRIVEL), and The Smiths (I don’t mind the group as such, but Morrissey’s an absolute W***ER).

I think the best album ever made is Pink Floyd’s 1977 title Animals, and the worst album is ……….well, there are so many albums that deserve the title!:)

Best album ever – Ok Computer, radiohead OR Definetly Maybe, oasis. Think it was also voted the best out of thousands of people.

Worst ever – Any radiohead album after Ok Computer, what went wrong?

The Best must be either Searching For The Young Soul Rebels (Dexy’s), Inflammable Material (Stiff Little Fingers) or Never Mind the Bollocks (Sex Pistols), possibly in that order even.
Worst would be anything by those wankers Oasis and the other mob U2, they both bring new meaning to the term arsewipes, Oasis are a bad Beatles tribute band and U2 are self worshiping yank fashioned twats, what happened to Rock’n'roll, like Led Zep said, “it’s been a long time…..let me get back
