Is anyone else shocked hat Britons have voted 2 albums each by Oasis & Radiohead in the top 10 LPs ever?

These 2 bands are boring and middle-of-the road. And to vote Sgt. Peppers LHCB as #2 is a joke too. It was one of The Beatles worst albums. Rubber Soul, Help!, and Magical Mystery Tour are vastly superior. What AREN’T the British smoking?

    I agree. I like Radiohead alot, but they are nothing compared to how many other great bands there have been. And Oasis is just okay. Magical Mystery Tour should have been a #1 and Help! a #2. Good call. The Brits obviously aren’t blazing enough dank.

    I don’t like Radiohead & Beatles. But I think Oasis is great and deserved the vote.

    Considering these surveys measure Joe Public’s memory as a goldfish (anything released within a year does far too well), and the fact that several of these surveys have placed Robbie Williams in top place, nothing really surprises me.

    people do these polls all the time. I will say that the music out of the UK right now is a heck of alot better than the loads of craps on American radio right now.

    Well, my opinion is that Radiohead is awesome. OK Computer to me is genius !! Oasis on the other hand I think *****.

    Wrong end of the stick there… It’s what ARE we smoking (and how much… too much if you’re me)!
    I do agree though, i might have stuck ONE album from each in there but not 2! Bands like that haven’t always been MOR, i prefer the first two Oasis albums, and the first two Radiohead albums to the rest of the stuff they’ve both put out since.
    As for the Beatles, Rubber Soul and Revolver are the best!
    I couldn’t pick a top ten LP anyway, there’s just too much good stuff out there!
