I ask because me and a friend were debating this the other night. Myself, i think Definately Maybe is the best debut album ever and is a personal favorite of mine. What do you guys think?

Which album do you prefer? Both draw heavily on the Beatles, have one definitively great song, and are made by completely different bands.

I’ve had a couple of listens to it and for the life of me i cant see what Noel was banging on about. It’s the same old,same old from em.The only difference is perhaps the drums are a little bit more heavier.
Whats everyone else’s take on it?
